7 Powerful  Psalms to Pray for a Financial Blessing

Psalms for financial blessings is a great way to start the day.  Why not incorporate these 7 powerful Psalms into your daily routine and watch your financial situation change for the better.

When you begin to recite these prayers, Psalms for financial blessings, morning, noon and night, keeping God first in all that you do abundance and prosperity will become abundant and you will enjoy prosperity and riches in more ways than one.

The most important thing to remember before praying for a financial miracle or breakthrough is that God cares more about our relationship with Him — our heart, soul, character, moral compass, Christ-like virtues, etc — than how much money we have in the bank. Many times when God speaks of “prosperity” for His children, He is speaking of strong faith, happy life, good health, strong prayer, blessing of loved ones. Notice how ‘prosperity’ sometimes has nothing to do with money, especially if that money were to harm or block a deepening relationship with God. God knows that if our heart’s condition is not rightly ordered, wealth could actually hinder our spiritual progress and even our salvation — the most important aspect of our earthly lives.

That being said, God is infinitely wise. He understands that having money is a necessary part of life as well. After all, how can we bless others with the gift of finance if we ourselves are in lack? Once our hearts are properly ordered, God loves to bless (financially) His children, especially when He knows we will be good stewards of those blessings.

Three things to keep in mind when seeking a financial blessing

1.) God must remain FIRST

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money” –Matthew 6:24;

2.) We must first be trustworthy with the gifts God has already given us

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches?” –Luke 16:10-11;

3.) We are called to be good stewards with what He is about to give us by giving to the poor (Prov. 22:9) and tithing to His Church

“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house. ‘Test Me in this,’ says the Lord Almighty, ‘and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of Heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it’” –Malachi 3:10.
(*Note: This is the only place in the Bible where God asks us to “test Him” — and it’s with our finances!)
