Faith – A Must Have for Women Entrepreneurs

Faith Is the Substance of Things Hoped For

Have faith in God

As a business owner I’ve learned the importance of diligence and what it truly means to be consistent.

When I worked in corporate America I was faithful in getting up and going to work every single day, five, sometimes six, days a week depending on the season. I had to get up every day at 6 o’clock to leave my home by 6:45 am to get to work by 7. I dreaded leaving my children each morning but I knew if I wanted to keep all four of them in private I had to go to work. I enjoyed the work but I didn’t like my hours.  I had a great boss. He and I had an excellent rapport.

For  twelve consecutive years I traveled to work working on a job that prevented me from taping into my great potential and discovering my gifts and talents. Oftentimes when we are forced into a situation we don’t want to be in we miss out on such much because it seems like our hands are tied, and our brain is not being fully utilized if that makes any sense at all.  Even though the place that employed me taught me some of the most amazing lessons in my life through the people I encountered, connected and interacted with on a daily basis I was still missing something in my life as well as in my career because I was super unhappy working for someone else and right before I walked away from that 9-5 as program coordinator I began to discover that I was this phenomenal creative being who wanted so much more for my family and myself.

My journey as an entrepreneur began when I was about 14 years old. I used to dream big dreams. I used to browse through the Philadelphia Magazine and tell myself that I was going to buy my parents a mini-mansion with a Mercedes Benz parked in the drive way.  I’m still dreaming that same dream today, but the difference today is that I now know what it means to believe, trust and have mountain moving faith in God.  I could have gone so much further in my life, achieved much more and I could have had much more in terms of material objects if only I knew what the word faith really meant.  Having faith in God is one of the most important principles that I had to learn in my life as well as in my business.
Learning to deepen my faith and applying it to every aspect of my life has truly changed my life. All the money in the world cannot compare to having faith in God. Trusting God with my whole heart has blessed me in ways in which I will always be grateful. My life is stress fear. I don’t worry about what people think about me or if they laugh at my newest business venture. I don’t have doubt or fear and my confidence has soared taking me to a whole new level in my life. I can honestly say I am bold, I am courageous and I am powerful. I’m not afraid to try new things. I’m no longer afraid to tell people how I really feel and I’m not afraid to say no if I don’t want to do something that I just don’t want to do.

Keep Your Faith in God

God’s word is truly phenomenal and awesome.

Each and every time I spend time alone in His word reading studying and meditating upon His word I find myself in awe of His principles which have helped me to build my business as well as building an unbreakable foundation for my business.

Growing up in a loving and nurturing home with my mother, father and four siblings, I attended Sunday School and church just about every Sunday.  I always enjoyed walking to Sunday School with my neighbors.  We had such a good time and I looked forward to going to the candy store before our feet ever entered into the church doors.

As a child, I had a ball jumping double-dutch and doing all the things I incorporated into my lifestyle as a child.  I had an awesome childhood and have countless memories of my days growing on in Philadelphia, PA.
As I grew older and still having a blast with my friends, what I didn’t realize is that I would become a business owner who lacked faith and without faith you cannot do anything.  I mean I knew absolutely nothing about the word faith and just how it could change my life in an instant if I had faith in God. What’s sad is that I didn’t know the importance of having faith and if I did understand it’s meaning, I could have done things and gone places I never could have imagined.  I never even heard the word faith until I was about 40 years old.

I began learning about faith through the reading of God’s word and from a friend who had written an extensive article on “Believe and Receive.”  Her article was just what I needed to help me to grow my typing and now, design business all because my faith in God has deepened.  I now know what it means to simply trust in God!

I Began my Journey with Faith in Tow and Soared to my Destination!

When I began my design business years ago, I envisioned what I wanted to do with my designs.  I wanted to color blank canvasses with light and purpose.  I worked, got down on myself and threw in the towel more times than I could count.  Until I let everything go.
I took all my worries, fears and stress straight to the throne and left them there and my faith sky-rocketed and I saw major changes in my business that have kept me soaring ever since.

My faith has:

  • Given me confidence I never knew I could have
  • It has taught me to be bold
  • It has taught me to be courageous
  • It has taught me to not be afraid to do things
  • It has taught me to be obedient to do God.
  • It has taught me to do whatever it is God tells me to do because I know He’s going to equip me with the tools I need.
  • It has taught me that I don’t have to do things I don’t want to do just because others expect me to.

My faith has blessed me and my business abundantly and now I live a prosperous life; not because I am financially wealthy, but because I am spiritually rich!

To God be the Glory,

Cyndi

God’s Virtuous Women Entrepreneurs

Abundance Is Your Business

Feel the Abundance Everyday and Prosper in Business

Abundance is your business

Good Day God’s Virtuous Women Entrepreneurs,

Did you know that abundance is your business and abundance is you! Success is you today.  It is the air you breath and the flowers and trees you see.

Everyday is filled with great abundance. When you look outside and you witness God’s glory and wondrous works and excellent acts, that is a form of abundance that God shares with you. Bask in it and give God thanks for it.

You even see abundance when you look into the mirror. Abundance is also the way you live when you are living your life according to the word of God.

Why am I telling you this? Because I want you to understand that no matter where you are in business at this very moment, you are abundant, prosperous, wealthy and rich.

You have to believe that you are this incredibly remarkable business owner who has the power to get wealth because the wealth that I am speaking of is inside you.

Inside you dwells the Spirit of God who gives you everything you need to continue on the path to greater riches and abundance than you have ever imagined.

When you are awakened each day ask God what He wants you to do for the glory of His name. Tell Him that you surrender and commit each day to Him for His glory. When God speaks to your heart write down what He tells you. And then make sure that you execute His plan(s) brilliantly for that day.

Open your heart and mind and be receptive to God’s voice. Expect miracles to flow into you life and accept them with a grateful and happy heart.

It is such an amazing feeling when we get to talk to God and then be still to listen to hear all of the great things that He is going to reveal to you.

Let The Holy Spirit Guide You

Today, Saturday April 4, 2020, the Holy Spirit spoke to my heart. He told me a few days to make a vision board. That was one of the first things on my today list today.

I created and designed a vision board. It’s plain and simple as I already have everything I could ever need. I only want a few more things in life for myself and I already know that it is done.

And so I have designed my vision board to serve a reminder to buy the things that I need for the gift I am about to receive. This is super exciting and I am jumping for joy.

If your business is hold right now this would be a terrific time for you to find some constructive and positive to do. Maybe you, too, would like to design a vision board.

When I decided to do my vision board I looked all over the house for magazines and I could not find even one. You see, I have been purging my home and throwing out anything that does not serve me. Well after looking high and low for magazines for my vision board there were none to be found. Well, later that day, my neighbor texted me and said she had a stack of The Pioneer Woman Magazine and asked if I wanted them. I said, YES! Now do you see how the Holy Spirit works can you see faith right there?

I am in awe and now I have completed my vision board and with the help of hubby I will hang it up in my office where I can see if every day on a non-stop consistent basis. I am going to speak to that vision board and be thankful because it is done!

Well, I hope you enjoy April. Now would be a fantastic time to start a new project that is sitting on the table of your heart. Get it done and then celebrate with Yessssss because you don’t want to keep leaving money on the table.

Blessings,

Cynthia

Best Places to Find Inspiration

Some people love routine. They’re perfectly happy getting up at the same time, doing the same things, eating the same foods, and working the same job, day in, day out. I guess it’s comforting to them.

Not me. I thrive on variety. Newness. Challenges. Getting out and about and making things happen. Starting a project and feeling that awesome sense of accomplishment when I get it done … right.

And that’s exactly why I hate this time of year. It’s the weather.

This is the start of northern California’s rainy season, and I’m an outdoors kind of guy. Whenever I can work outside, I do it. Coop me up inside for too long, I start to lose it. And the first thing to go is my inspiration. No, I don’t need sunshine to think, but enough days without it and my brain starts to develop its own sort of gloomy cloud system.

You know the feeling. Everyone has those moments when you feel like you’re stuck in quicksand: the harder you fight, the more it pulls you in.

Related: Richard Branson on the Best Places to Find Inspiration

It’s a problem for anyone who has to think for a living. Managers, executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, marketers, engineers, software developers – all knowledge workers need inspiration to innovate, come up with insightful ideas, solve complex problems, make tough decisions and excel at their jobs.

Over the decades, come rain or shine, I’ve always managed to find things that inspire me, ways to get my creative juices flowing again. Will they work for you? Beats me, but one thing’s for sure: They’ll never work if you don’t try them out.

Talk it out. Sure, there are times when things just come to you. It happens to me all the time, usually when I’m half asleep or in the shower. But when your brain just refuses to function, a little brainstorming can provide just the spark it needs to get going again. The truth is, some of my best ideas came during impromptu, thought-provoking chats.

Do drugs. No, not those kinds of drugs. I’m talking about caffeine. It’s an amazing stimulant. Whenever I need to do some real thinking, I go for the cappuccino. And when I need a big idea but I’m too wound up, I find a glass of wine or two in the evening helps my mind to relax and the ideas to flow. Not for everyone, but it really works for me.

Disconnect. If you’re looking for inspiration, the last thing you want to do is check your Twitter feed, your email, or anything else online. That’s just a bottomless pit of distraction and instant gratification. The same goes for video games, shopping and stress eating. Because it’s addictive, it feels good, even though you’re really not accomplishing a thing.

Take a walk. I’ve heard that doing something repetitive frees your mind. I don’t know if going for a walk or a hike qualifies, but for some reason, just getting out and about in the neighborhood or on a woodsy trail gets my synapses snapping like crazy. It even extends to walking meetings, believe it or not.

Start a long-term project. Start a project, something you’ve never done before that has nothing to do with work. I once spent an entire fall and winter season designing and building a large greenhouse in my spare time. And you know what? I’ve never been so productive at work.

Get your blood pumping. Once you get over the pain – or at least get used to it – going for a run, shooting hoops, anything really strenuous makes you feel like you’re on top of the world. It always helps me clarify my thoughts and put things in perspective. Little things that build up seem to evaporate when your pulse rate hits 120.

Commune with nature. Beautiful landscapes, mountains, flowers, majestic coastal redwood trees, rock formations, animals – anything born of nature – has a magical way of drawing you in and making you feel apart of something alive and wonderful. There’s a breathtaking view of evergreen mountains and a bougainvillea vine outside my office. The hummingbirds love it. Me too.

Practice mindfulness. No, this isn’t some New Age mumbo jumbo. It’s science, and it’s real. Mindfulness meditation can help you learn to live in the moment, deal with stress and gain perspective. It’s a great way to unblock your mind. A leader in the field is Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, of the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Check out his bestselling audio book, Wherever You Go There You Are.

Play with your kids. If you’ve got them and they’re the right age, I can’t think of anything more inspiring than seeing the world through the eyes of little kids. If not, play with your dog or cat. They love the attention and, you know what? So do you.

Above all, get to know yourself and be good to yourself. If you do, you’ll never hold yourself back or be your own worst enemy. Then all you’ve got to do is figure out how to change the weather.

No Money to Start a Business

No Worries; All You Need Is You!

Things to Do Today.  Start Your Own Business!

No Money To Start a Business

Okay so you are excited and pumped up and ready to start your own home based business.  And you realize that you have no money to start a business. That’s okay, because you don’t need any money to start your empire. All you need is you, your gifts and your great skill set.

You might be limited to a strict budget when you want to start a business, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have any options. It is possible to start a business with very little money, if you have the right combination of skills, work ethic and marketing know-how.

According to Chris Guillebeau, author of The $100 Startup, “To succeed in a business project, especially one you’re excited about, it helps to think carefully about all the skills you have that could be helpful to others and particularly about the combination of those skills.”

Follow these simple guidelines to start a business when you have little to no money. Learn how to make money today.

1. Make something.
Yes, making something does take an initial cost in supplies, but oftentimes, these products can be sold for many times over their actual cost. What you decide to make is up to you, but there are several places you can sell your handmade options online:

Abe’s Market deals in natural and organic goods, such as lotions, candles, granola, and more.

Etsy is one of the largest online markets for almost anything homemade, from jewelry to wooden toys for kids.

Bonanza is another growing handmade marketplace, similar to Etsy. According to PC World, it boasts over 10 million visits per month.

eBay is one of the biggest online ecommerce marketplaces in the world, and its streamlined store options, easy checkout through Paypal, and customizable listing options make it a great choice for selling items.

Many business owners sell their products on multiple platforms to get the most exposure possible. It is important, however, to make sure your inventory stays updated on all sites you have a storefront on. If you want to learn about more resources for selling homemade items, check out this Lifehacker post.

2. Resell something.
If you don’t want to make anything (or you don’t consider yourself a creative person), many business owners have grown large businesses just be reselling products that have already been made. This can be done through a variety of ways or channels:

Drop shipping: Set up an online store and partner with drop-shipping companies that will do all the order fulfillment for you. Online ecommerce platform Shopify has a great drop shipping guide, and Tim Ferriss does a good job of explaining drop shipping in his well-known book, The Four Hour Work Week.

Thrift stores and garage sales: If you know where to look, you can find items at thrift stores, antique shops, flea markets and garage sales and resell them online or in your local community for more than you purchased them for. One extremely successful example of this is Sophia Amoruso, the founder of Nasty Gal. Amoruso started buying and reselling vintage and unique fashion pieces on eBay, and her company has grown to a net income of $24 million in 2011 with over 200 employees. Her book, #GIRLBOSS, is in inspiring look into how she got started.

3. Sell your services.
One way to start a business with little to no startup capital is to sell your services, instead of a physical product. There’s a huge variety of services you can offer, depending on your background and interests.

Related: Starting a Business? When to Scrimp vs. Splurge.

Some will require advanced degrees, such as accounting, while others require little more than a working knowledge of how it’s done (such as babysitting, lawn mowing or personal assistance).

success, goals, dreams, aspirations, inspiration

Because you are selling your services, you will need a branding plan to make sure your name and company gets in front of the people who may need the service. Some places that are free for promoting your services include Fiverr, Craigslist, Elance, Taskrabbit and Skillshare.

It’s also useful to have a website to show examples of your work, list your experience, and blog about your industry to draw visitors. If you want to learn more about branding and online marketing, check out Buffer’s social-media blog, Hubspot’s blog, Content Marketing Institute and CopyPress.

4. Barter to get what you need.
Unfortunately, it’s extremely hard to start a business without any type of funds at all. Even creating a freelance-writing business utilizing Elance and a free WordPress or Wix website will still require a computer to work on as well as Internet. However, there are ways to get supplies you need for starting your business without money.

For instance, if you find yourself in need of a used laptop, try to barter for it. Build a new website for a used electronics supplier, or offer babysitting services to your neighbor for their old Macbook.

5. Utilize low-cost services.
As mentioned previously, you can use sites such as Fiverr or Elance to advertise your products and services on, but you can also use these platforms to build up your own company. For instance, many designers offer $5 to $25 logo designs (that come with free revisions). Sort by reviews and look at past examples to find a designer or service provider that matches your style.

This is a great way to get branding materials, printed items (Vistaprint and Zazzle are great places to buy personalized items), or other needed items without much cost. And for additional savings, be sure to look for coupon codes on sites such as RetailMeNot before checking out at any online retailer!

Starting a business requires ingenuity and a passion for what you are doing. Once you find yourself doing something you enjoy, you will be more likely to find ways to make it all come together.

Today Is A Great Day To Start A Business

How To Leave Your Corporate Job To Start A Business

How To Leave Your Corporate Job To Start A Business

According to Google’s latest search data, “how to start a business” beat “how to get a job” in Google search queries in 2021. This information comes from Google’s “Year in Search,” which features data from the last year broken down into a list of trends by category. It appears that while millions of Americans are quitting their jobs in search of higher salaries, many of them are doing so in the hopes of becoming their own bosses.

Government data supports this trend. U.S. Census Bureau figures reveal that Americans submitted a record 5.4 million business applications in 2021—the highest in almost 20 years. Moreover, applications are on track to be even higher this year. So, if you are thinking about going from corporate life to being self-employed, you’re not alone.

The pandemic has presented many opportunities for would-be entrepreneurs. But, of course, the transition to being an entrepreneur is not an easy one. Working for yourself may give you the freedom to choose your own lifestyle, but then again, you aren’t relying on a steady paycheck. So, if you are thinking of quitting to start a business, here are some key considerations to make the leap successfully.

Start a business you are passionate about

Starting a business is like having a baby. Not only is there never really a “right” time, but it also requires a lot of planning, preparation, and dedication. There are going to be ups and downs. You’ll even have days when you are pulling your hair out thinking, “did I do the right thing?” But if the passion is there, it will help you through those rough spots. If you’re going to make a giant leap, it should be to do something that makes you want to get out of bed in the morning. Then, when you find yourself involved in an activity that feeds your soul and leverages your strengths, you’ll know you are on the right track.

Start a business for the right reasons

Some people are destined to be entrepreneurs. Maybe you love variety, calling the shots, and building something from nothing. Or you dream about pursuing your passion while having more flexibility and leaving behind a legacy you can be proud of. And then, of course, there is financial independence. But if you want to start a business because you hate your job, despise your boss or want to get famous, it’s probably a good idea to reconsider entrepreneurship.

Know what you don’t know

One of the keys to being a successful entrepreneur is leveraging your strengths and finding resources to supplement your weaknesses. You cannot do everything yourself. Even as a solopreneur, you will need to rely on freelancers, interns or other assistance to get the business up and running. Another suggestion is to find trusted advisors, coaches or mentors that can provide valuable guidance and feedback along the way. Find people whom you would like to emulate. A mentor or coach can help hold you accountable while giving you the support and confidence you need to continue moving forward.

Start slow but think big

Starting a business requires planning and dedication. Allow yourself at least 12 months to prepare your exit strategy. Ideally, you will want to start your business as a side hustle while still employed. Take time to get to know your target audience. If possible, conduct formal or informal market research. This approach will reduce your risk and give you more time to validate your business idea.

Financially prepare to start a business

It’s no secret that most small businesses fail within the first five years. But a study by U.S. Bank found that 82% of the time, poor cash flow management contributes to that failure. So before you make the transition, sit down with your accountant or advisor to review your financial situation. Having a healthy cash reserve will help you through the inevitable peaks and valleys that come with entrepreneurship. The amount of money you set aside will depend on your industry, expenses, and when you expect to begin generating income. You will also want to choose a legal structure, register your business, get federal and tax IDs and open a business bank account.

If you want to start a business, there is no better time than the present. You can benefit from the surge in entrepreneurship to network with other potential small business owners. Chances are, you are also working remotely, which gives you added flexibility. As Steve Jobs said, “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma—which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

Making Money as an Affiliate Marketer

How to Get Started Making Money as an Affiliate Marketer

Making Money as an Affiliate Marketer

Evan Weber, CEO
Author: Evan Weber, CEO | Filed Under Affiliate MarketingAffiliate Resources

Affiliate marketing is a great way to make money online. There are affiliates who are making thousands per month by promoting other companies on their websites or through online advertising venues. But it can also be a nice way to generate additional income via your websites or blogs. Affiliate marketing is still growing and getting bigger as an industry every year as more people get into the game. There are definitely proven strategies to becoming a successful affiliate, which we will be bringing you in the near future.

The first step in becoming an affiliate is determining what product, company, or services to promote. There are some companies/niches who are easier to promote than others. Think about a topic you know about and enjoy already, therefore it will easier to create content and articles about it. Some examples of topics include: dating, dieting, electronics, costumes, parenting, sports, cell phones…topics like this. Once you have picked a topic, it’s time to determine who makes the product that might have an affiliate program for their site. Think of brand names and put “INSERT BRAND NAME HERE affiliate program” into Google to find “in-house” affiliate programs. Make sure that they have an affiliate program but do not yet sign up for it. You may want to go direct with a merchant if they have their own on-site affiliate program, otherwise you can go through a major affiliate network to access banners and links to promote a particular merchant. This is a personal choice, but you can get higher commissions by going directly to a company many times.

The second step involves having a website/blog and web hosting. There are many different web hosting companies on the Internet and most will provide an adequate space to launch your affiliate career. Your domain name should be related to the products that you are promoting. Do not use any brand names or product names within the domain name, as most companies don’t allow this. When you go to apply for the affiliate program they may reject you as well as file a complaint with your web host to recover the domain name. Setup a website that is related to the topic and place some type of content on it. Blogs are a great way to show you are serious about becoming an affiliate. Placing three to five blogs with related content on the website will make whoever is approving applications much more interested. But be realistic with how many sites or blogs you can comfortably maintain. There are also many free blog platforms like Blogger, WordPress, and other that you can host a free site on, so no money needs to be expended unless you want your own domain name.

The third step is submitting your application. Some affiliate programs are run by the company themselves while others will be on large networks known as affiliate networks. Some of the largest include Commission Junction, Link Share, Shareasale and Google Network. These affiliate networks provide the platform that is used to track all the clicks and sales that affiliates generate. Also, they have specially trained staff ready to answer your questions (if you can get them to respond!). When you fill out an application include your website, name and email address. Also, include a valid phone number. Some affiliate programs want to speak with you to ensure you understand their product and also to sent you important instructions before promoting their products. Most affiliate programs process their applications each and every business day. If you do not receive an email notifying you of their decision within three business days, call the company and respectfully inquire about the status of your application. Be proactive with your affiliate managers. Many companies use outsourced affiliate managers which specializing working with affiliates.

Step 4 is actually starting your promotions. Once you have a site or blog live and the affiliate banners installed, you can not start crafting content and articles on your site that talk generally about the niche. Many affiliates create coupon code websites that feature unique merchant descriptions which get into the organic search results and can bring in visitors. Adding tons of fresh content to your site/blog is definitely the way to go to get more pages into the search engines. One you publisher your new articles you can then “bookmark” them to sites like: Digg, delicious, and others which gets them more traffic as well. Also joining article directories like ezinearticles.com as an author can get your articles ranking quickly in Google. They let you link to your main site at the bottom of the article which can bring in visitors and inbound links. Like anything, you have to article production in heavy volume to attain a lot of organic traffic. There are also other great ways to promote as an affiliate which we will covering soon, so check back frequently…Thanks!

How To Start A Life-Changing Business

How To Start a Life-Changing Business Is Easy When You Have The Right Tools

How To Start A Life-Changing Business

How to start a life-changing business is super easy when you have the right tools. Before starting any business you need faith, your gifts, talents and skill set. Of course you need other things and we will dig deeper throughout this post.

If you want to be a successful woman entrepreneur now is the most perfect time for you to share your gifts with the world.

Starting a business is easy, but starting a life-changing business is, well, life-changing.

When I started Moms in Slippers in 2002, it was really easy.  Easy because I incorporated my talent and my skill set into building it.

I typed quickly and accurately.  The competition wasn’t as it is now.  I remember starting my typing/secretarial business and opening the doors in anticipation to building a highly successful empire, but owning a typing business does not equate to building an empire. Or so I thought.  And now looking back, if I knew then what I know now, I could have added a bevy of services to Magic Fingers Secretarial Services.

For instance, I am now proficient in WordPress and I love it using it as my platform for most of my blogs and websites.  It can be difficult to learn, but it’s super easy to navigate once you’ve mastered it.  It is then that you look back and say to yourself, wow, how easy was this!

Also, when I was typing for various companies and business owners, I had the knowledge to grow my typing business with my graphic design skills.  Over the years I’ve learned so much from myself and from the world around me.

When you have made up your mind to start your own business you need a pen and pad to write out all of your business plans.  This will be the guide to help you to navigate as you take the steps to building up a highly profitable and greatly successful business.  A business that will give you the ability to make a lot of money.  Don’t ever be ashamed to say that you want to make money.  I used to be so ashamed to admit I was in business to make money.  This was an enormous downfall for me, but now I’m soaring beyond mountains equipped with the power to always grown my bank account as I work towards consistently growing every one of my businesses.  I enjoy working all of the businesses under the umbrella I created with God’s help.

Let us delve into how you’re going to start, build, grow and manage your business.

First, let’s start with this question.  Please have a clean document on your computer or a pen and journal/pad in your lap, desk or in your hands.

  1. What special gift(s) do you possess? Is there passion attached to your gift?
  2.  What is your unique skill set?
  3.  What one dream has consumed you so much so that you cannot stop dreaming/thinking about it no matter what you are doing?
  4. Have you ever used your special gifts to help someone else and now you’re asking yourself how you can possibly start your own business with this gift that is exclusive to you? Exclusive to you because you have a long list that keeps growing and you know you need to do something with it.
  5.  Does, what you truly believe, is your God-given gift resonate with your spirit?

Please be completely honest in your answers.  These questions will be your compass to lead and guide you with a strong commitment and promise to yourself as you now, right now, work towards achieving your goals.

Once, you’ve answered the above questions to your honest ability, we can begin laying the steps to the foundation for your business. Take all the time you need.  This is your business which means this involves your life.  It’s an exciting time so take your time.  There’s is never a need to rush.  When we rush, we make mistakes.

Your Name Brand

Okay, you’ve taken all the time you need to answer the business success building questions.  You know and understand your gifts and now you need a phenomenal name for your business.  Some call it a domain name and I call it YOUR NAME BRAND.

When I founded my businesses, my name brands were given to me in ways no one could have ever imagined.  Each of my names came to me in ways that would guarantee my success (and if I did my part by being consistent and working my business like I loved my business).  Looking back on how my business names were presented to me along with God’s perfect timing, I have to tell you that I am in awe and now realize that they all came from the Holy Spirit.

For example; the name Magic Fingers came from my former boss at my last job as program coordinator.  He always called me Magic Fingers.  A few of my other business names came from me talking to my husband when the Holy Spirit entered into our conversation and gave me the business concept, model and name. I am still amazed and still working to incorporate each business under Cynthia G. Boyer.  I finally learned that the best way for me to build and prosper my brand was to put everything that I was doing under one big colorful umbrella and because they are all relative it just works and makes sense.

Amazing Business Practices

Amazing business practices should be a large part of an excellent business plan and system.

Today and every day being the perfect time to get a lot of things done, I have taken advantage of every second that is available to me.

I have to tell you that I am loving every second of the time that has been gifted to me.

I think every second that I breathe is the right or perfect time to achieve my goals, one day at a time.

During the last five months I have been working and preparing new butter creams for my potential customers. I have also added to my present business plan and I want you to know that it is a concrete plan. I put this plan in place in 2016 along with a system that has proven to be highly successful for me. My business plan helps me to stay on track where all my business matters are concerned.

Amazing Business Practices, The Heart and Soul of A Successful Business

Loving all that I do and for the glory of God’s name of course, I have put together an array of body butter recipes and now I am happy to say that they are all ready for the fall and winter months. My ultimate goal is to provide my customers with the nutrients their skin craves. Because I have excessively dry skin, it was important that I create and design a powerhouse of a moisturizer that would work year round, not just for me, but mainly for my customers. I think I nailed it.

As my flagship Shea body butter cream continues to do well, I am in the process of looking into Shopify in an effort to grow my sales for my new skincare line, Lady Cynthia.

I am truly excited to introduce my new line of products because I want women and even men to have the healthiest skin possible. It’s something how my focus is always my customers and their true happiness. If my customers are not satisfied with my products, then I am not happy with my products.

If you offer a product, products or a special service it is important that you pour your heart and soul into your business.

Whether you are a business owner or you are in the process of starting your own business remember these tips:

  • Be true to yourself and you will be true to your customers.
  • Give as much value as you can to your customers.
  • Let your customers know that you are there for them should they need to call on you as long as it pertains to the offer you are making.
  • Don’t ever stop giving and you will never stop receiving.

Don’t forget that you have the power to get wealth and if you have the power to get wealth you will be rich all the days of your business.

You are the foundation of your business. Be of a good courage and there will be numerous ways for you to obtain wealth as long as you remain the awesome business women that you are!

Blessings for your business,

Cyndi
